Jordyn Chang was born in Xi'an, China, but moved to Los Angeles at the age of 3. After hearing an open casting call on the radio, she appeared in various commercials, as well as TV shows and films. Jordyn gave up acting in high school to focus on her education and she later attended the University of California, Berkeley, where she double majored in economics and political science, becoming a CPA after graduating. However, a return to acting was never far from her mind and in 2015, Jordyn left her accounting career to pursue her passion.
