Paul Dudbridge

Paul Dudbridge is a director, and producer making feature films and television. As a producer and director, he produced the award winning science-fiction film "Horizon" which tells the story of five friends who must evacuate the city of Bristol after an alien ship appears on the city's skyline. Paul was nominated for Best Director at the Royal Television Society West of England Awards 2016 for the show. His recent work includes producing and directing the action-adventure feature film, "Fear the Invisible Man", and the hospital siege thriller, "Breathe", as well as producing zombie film, "The Curse of Hobbes House". When not filming, Paul guest lectures at various universities and colleges around the UK. Paul taught the 'Writing and Directing' module on the Masters course at the University of Bristol. His first book titled "Shooting Better Movies: The student film-makers guide" was released in 2017 and his second book, "Making Your First Blockbuster", was released worldwide in 2019, published by Michael Wiese Productions (Shot by Shot/Save the Cat/The Writer's Journey).
