Joel Layogan
Joel Layogan is a Filipino-American filmmaker and photographer. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and raised in Lahaina on the island of Maui. He attended Film School at the University of Nevada of Las Vegas and earned a B.A. in Film. Upon receiving his degree, he relocated to Los Angeles, California.
