Sammy Jonas Hean is an actor in Hollywood and Bollywood ; co-starring in London Misal on Amazon Prime, 'Operation Mayfair' on Netflix, Disney Channels 'Anandi Baa And Emily', American series 'Breaking the band' (1 ep), BBC Horrible Histories S10e3, and ITVs 'The Thief his Wife and the Canoe E3.
His movie 'Sam Bahadur' starring Vicky Kaushal and Directed by award winning Meghna Gulzar was shortlisted for the OSCARS 2024 ranked as 10th Hindi movie nominated for the international selection.
Sammy's first time in India was 2018 where he briefly worked on Hollywood movie 'Extraction' starring Chris Hemsworth .
He stars in Zee 'Telugu Ischool', and His biggest achievement is working with Sunil Grover in 'United Kachee' (e8), 'Tuashiqui' starring Jannat Zubair, Chamak and Adrishyam (Sony Liv). Also 'Atal' on Zee.
On Netflix he's in 'Operation Mayfair' 'High End Yaariyaan', 'The Girl on The Train' (remake) and 'Tuesdays and Fridays' .
Sammy was scouted by an international talent scout Sahil Bk whom was searching to find versatile actors with an 'interesting' look about them to appear with India's biggest stars. 'Welcome to New York' starring Karen Johar, Boman Irani, Diljit Dosanj, Lara Dutta. Arman Khan then gave Sammy a role in 'Quickie' with Darsheel Safari.
Now 24 years of age, Sammy is having exciting meetings with Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam productions as many South Indian movies continue to dominate the market globally and surpass Hollywood/Bollywood blockbusters. He always aims to find Niece markets to grow his career, for example Hollywood filming in india, and hence 95% of his indian projects were filmed In England, Scotland and Canada.
