Scott Freeman

Scott Justin Freeman is a former American voice actor and convict from Dallas, Texas. He voiced in various English-language dubs of anime and video games for Funimation including Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt, One Piece, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel and others. He was convicted in 2015 and his work with Funimation has been terminated.
