Andrew Anthony Hernandez was born and raised in New York from first generation parents from the Dominican Republic. His father a Doorman in a downtown building, mother a Spanish interpreter for nurses, Drew joined the U.S Army at 19 for a lengthy 7 year service. After finishing his service with two deployments (Iraq and Afghanistan), he studied Business Management at Hostos Community College in the Bronx, NY. Drew is known for his comedic brand, A Combat Veteran, an episodic channel on social media dedicated to bringing humor and laughter to the lives of Veteran. Drew believes in creative consistency and hard work, showing it with the progression of each piece of content he's worked on in the past. He now lives in Los Angeles, CA where he focuses on methods of acting and writing.
